We are pleased to welcome Edge Imaging as our photographer this year. Students from each learning group will be sent to the MPR in smaller groups to limit traffic in the halls. Edge has sent us the following protocols to assure student safety during the photo sessions.

STUDENT SAFETY:

As it is with you, student safety is of the utmost importance to Edge Imaging. We have put stringent safety protocols in place for our photographers to insure that the students, school staff and our photographers are as safe as possible during the picture taking process. These safety measures include:

·Photographers require Covid 19 training before they are active. This training will be delivered by HR via Zoom.

·Photographers will be required to maintain social distancing of 2 meters between students and school staff at all times.

·Photographers and TMs will be required to wear gloves and a mask when they are present at a photo session, this protects the student and the employee.

·Photographers will need to wash their hands often. Before and after washroom breaks as well as before and after eating.

·Camera cards will be turned into sheets and kept with the photographer at all times. The photographer will need to ask the student their name and scan the barcode.  

·Proper signage that is being developed must be used to inform and distance the students. e.g.  1. Wait Here 2. Covid Symptoms checklist 3. Safe Distancing  4. Green arrows 5. Red arrows

·The school may use painters tape, caution tape, cones and flags in addition to signs to control students.
