Everyone had SO MUCH FUN with Queen T and DJ C when they came to teach the whole school how to zumba. We were all getting fit and having fun. Lots of us earned some Liquid Awesome (good ol’ sweat!)

The students in Division 1, 2, 3 were building up some serious STEAM today. They conducted a scientific inquiry by discussing independent and dependent variables in a pendulum experiment. Happy 100 Day! Division 7 has aged a bit today – and celebrated 100 day with lots of activities and a bit of dress-up. They didn’t even break character as they hobbled down the hallway with their canes for support! We hope that they are feeling more like their youthful selves by tomorrow.

When what to our wondering eyes did appear – big fluffy flakes! and they kept on coming! For the morning at least… Architectural marvels appeared on the field and lasted for the week.
Our tummies were full, our PJs were cozy, and Santa made a special appearance to make this a wonderful way to spend the morning.

The Grade 2/3s have been playing floor hockey during various lunch hours over the past couple of months.
